Ranking up there in the top two worst years. And its only 3 months in. Theres still quite a few months left! It also means theres still some time to try and pad the year with some better things too... guess it just depends on how things go.
Ive felt the full gambit of feelings, from soul crushing, downright ugly, shaking cries to fleeting moments of relief, far too often to count this year. I overestimated how level headed I am and underestimated how quickly I can go downhill. Its like Ive been plugging holes with quick fixes for years and they all unraveled instantaniously.
All I can hope for is a better year... eventually, hopefully. And now Im just rambling randomly in this place because what else am I going to do, I guess.
To have a time machine... and go back in time... probably something I will always dream of. But oh well.
Momo passed away, and I got her ashes today. They preserved her little paw prints in clay. I lost it all over again, and Im not ashamed to say that I loved her so much that I wailed like a dumb child in the car the whole drive home.
I gotta look forward, for her sake. Maybe start donating to a local animal rescue. Im just a bit tired of this year... very tired of it... maybe I can make it better for something else at least.
Its pretty late, so Ill sleep. Zzz. Heres hoping for a better tomorrow.
